Brother Bobby Roberson’s vision of helping young people find direction in life became a reality in 1972. Gospel Light Baptist Church purchased Camp Virginian, a 139 1/2 acre camp the next year. God has used this ministry to make a difference in the lives of many young people. Our camp is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains outside the town of Hillsville, Va.

GLCC was founded with the goal of helping churches with evangelism and discipleship by helping juniors and teens grow in Christ in a Christian camp setting built on sound doctrine.
