Back to the Book

Revival will never come from new methods — it always comes from returning to God’s Word.

“This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.”
— Joshua 1:8

If we’re not careful, we can become inundated — overwhelmed — with voices that promise help. Plans for life. Programs to follow. Step-by-step systems that claim to make us stronger, better, sharper, and more successful in whatever area we feel we’re lacking.

And most of those voices are loud.
They’re polished.
They’re everywhere.

But that is not where the Christian is meant to live.

THE CHRISTIAN’S PRIMARY SOURCE

The believer’s primary source is not secular wisdom, social media advice, or self-help strategies. Our final authority — our roadmap for existence — is this Book, the Bible.

God did not tell Joshua to study culture.
He did not tell him to follow trends.
He did not tell him to borrow wisdom from the surrounding nations.

He pointed him to the Book.

THE PROMISE ATTACHED TO THE BOOK

God’s instruction to Joshua was clear:
Speak it.
Meditate on it.
Obey it.

And then — then — prosperity and success would follow.

Not the world’s definition of success, but God’s.
Not shallow gain, but spiritual strength.
Not temporary growth, but lasting fruit.

If the child of God desires to excel — in any area of life — it will not come from ignoring Scripture, but from adhering to it.

WHAT THE BIBLE IS TO US

This Book is not optional equipment for the Christian — it is essential.

It is our roadmap through life.
It is our blueprint for existence.
It is our guidebook in a confusing world.
It is our sword in spiritual battle.
It is our lamp and our light.
It is our balm for wounded hearts.
It is our bread when we are hungry.
It is our water when we are dry.

“The word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword.”

A SIMPLE CHALLENGE

If we want revival — personal revival — we must return to the Book.

You’ve scrolled everything else.
You’ve listened to every other voice.
You’ve tried every other method.

Now try the Scripture.

Back to the Bible.
That’s where life is found.
